Social Media Classes

I have been teaching a Social Media class for the past 6 months. It is a 1 day insider look into the world of social media. Students usually leave amazed as most of them, 21-45 year old professionals, are largely unaware of the many uses and potential pitfalls of the digital wave that most <18 year olds are surfing – without a a guide or introductory surfing class. Question is: when you are surfing in the digital wave – why has no one taken the time to teach you what’s beneath the surface?

While by no means is the 1 day course fully comprehensive – ideally it should be at minimum a 2 day session, students leave knowing the basics of social media and, above all a greater understanding of the social media world being more work than play. Here’s a preview of one of the sessions – Using a FB page for a business.¬†
